The paintings by Hans Hinterreiter at the MACE

The Museu d'Art Contemporani d'Eivissa (MACE) will hold from June 7 to July 14 2002 the exhibition "Hans Hinterreiter. Centenari".

The artist, Hans Hinterreiter was born in Winterthur (Switzerland) in 1902 and settled in 1934 in Eivissa, where he died in 1989. The exhibition that is now being presented at the MACE for the centenary of his birth, is to pay tribute to the artist and his long relationship with the island of Eivissa.

The work by Hans Hinterreiter has been exhibited in galleries all over the world and in museums such as the Museum of Modern Art of New York, or the Museum of Contemporary Art in Madrid.

Meanwhile, the Sala MACE in the church of L'Hospitalet is holding until June 30 an exhibition of serigraphs by Eusebio Sempere.
