A championship of
Counterstrike
(a game on the net that confronts police and terrorists) was organised
in May and 80 people registered. Now, the Ibizan games room
I-Room
has decided to set up the first League of this game on the island and they
are looking for allies to promote another on Mallorca.
Their mission: to organise the
Comando
3113, the team of the Balearics that represents the Islands in the
Spanish final of Counterstrike, organised by the channel
Netgaming.
The Comando 3113 is made up of two of the best clans (teams of four people)
of the local league and the four best players will have the opportunity
of travelling to Madrid to compare their level of play with teams from
all over Spain.
The league will start in Eivissa on September 1. The inscription ends
on August 31 and those interested can sign on in the games room (Av. Ignasi
Wallis, 56b) and in Delta Discos. In the web of the Balearic team of Counterstrike,
inscriptions can be made but payment must be made in the office.
Inscriptions cost 5 euros for the members of I-Room and 8 euros for
non members, who must also pay 1 euro each game of the league.
