Since Monday, 33 students of the
Universitat
Oberta de Catalunya (UOC) in Eivissa have a support point, the third
in the Balearics, after Manacor and Ciutadella. The times for this
point for assistance and information on the studies of this virtual university
will be from Monday to Friday 6 to 8 p.m.
Thanks to an agreement for collaboration between the UOC and the Eivissa
Council, that is dedicating over 3.000 euros, a scholarship holder (who
also studies at this university) will be in charge of the support point.
The visit by the representation from the UOC also included the presentation
on the island of the digital literary magazine
"Lletra",
with specials dedicated to
Marià
Villangómez,
Jean
Serra and a new one to the writer
Josep
Marí.
