The Spanish Law for Electronic comerce against freedom

The Spanish Law for Electronic comerce against freedom
The new Directive 2000/31/CE of the European Parliament and of the Council on Electronic Commerce, has obliged the Spanish Government to compose a draft bill for the Law of  Media  Services and Electronic Commerce, and thus incorporate the European directive to the Spanish legislation.

The electronic publication Kriptópolis has launched campaign "Fuera la LSSI ya!" against the draft bill, considering it to oppose freedom on the internet and favouring an Internet subject to control by the Administration. According to Kriptópolis the law will strangle us administratively, economically and even ethically.
