Photographs by Xurxo Lobato

The "Sa Nostra" Cultural Hall in Eivissa will hold from June 7 to July 2 the exhibition "El Color del Sud" by the photographer Xurxo Lobato.

Xurxo Lobato (La Coruña, 1956) is presenting in this itinerant exhibition, carried out in collaboration with "Acción contra el hambre", a selection of photographs in colour, captured in countries such as Nicaragua, Guatemala, Angola, Kosovo and Armenia, amongst others, where he photographed the wretched, yet worthy, life of the inhabitants.

Xurxo Lobato is the chief photographic editor of La Voz de Galicia and has published twenty books, many of these dedicated to the Camino de Santiago.
