BalearWeb makes a new free service available to all its users.

BalearWeb is making available to all its users a new free service that intends to facilitate the creation of web pages. This is a weblog, a system of personal web publication that facilitates the task of creation and maintenance of pages on internet. The system is aimed at both users without previous computer knowledge and advanced users. The users without previous knowledge can publish their pages by simply using the forms. The advanced users can personalise them as much as they like, modifying the style, formats, etc.
